Overview
Growiser is a web app that makes it simpler for new managers to train and onboard, manage their schedule, and run successful meetings to help startups to mitigate operations issues as they scale.
My Role
I worked with co-founders Nanci Churchill and Eric Schenkel to flesh out their core concept and design the UX and UI of their final solution. I ran user research interviews to identify core use cases and user goals, and we collaboratively planned and prioritized requirements. After multiple rounds of iteration I delivered a full UI design, clickable prototype, and design system for Growiser’s MVP.
